Good flavor for a healthy version. Way easier to make these into bar cookies: use a glass 11x7" pan and bake 20-25 min. Take out of oven 1 min before you think they are done. DO Not overcook. Used 2 eggs instead of 1 to give it more rise, raw turbinado sugar instead of coconut sugar, and added 1/3c or so of oats since batter looked a bit runny. Will stay moist and not crunchy, with that tahini in there.
