- 6 large eggs (330 grams out of the shell)
- 1 Orange
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- decaffeinated coffee (2 teaspoons Mt. Hagen organic, crystals, optional)
- 3/4 tsp. salt (unprocessed)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 1/4 cups sweetener (to taste such as Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root sweetener or your favorite sweetener.)
- 1 avocado (ripe, peeled and seeded)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or grass-fed ghee)
- 1 cup coconut butter (if soft, or 245 grams if hard., If mixing by hand, soften the coconut butter gently by placing it briefly in the oven.)
- 3/4 cup cacao powder (pure)
- 1 mango (peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (coarsely, such as walnuts or almonds, soaked and toasted if possible, See All About Nuts Optional, if you are allergic to tree nuts, skip these.)
