- 1/2 lb. bacon (ensure it’s sugar-free to stay compliant)
- 56 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 yellow onion (large, chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 2 cups beef stock (homemade or compliant brand - use bone broth for an even richer taste)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
