- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 6 cups chicken stock (organic)
- 1 sweet potato (peeled, sliced, and quartered)
- 3 carrots (large, peeled and chopped)
- 1 head cauliflower (cut into small florets)
