- 1 tsp. garlic powder

- 1 1/2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (thin sliced or pounded to 1/2" thickness)
- 1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
- 1 1/4 fine grain sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning (blend)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 dash red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 egg (whisked)
- 1/4 cup refined coconut oil (for frying, add more as needed)
