I loved it, had to make 4 times the batter for 4 breasts. Kids ok’d it, but not a fave. I will use less paprika next time, but the picky hubs gave it a 2 thumbs up, so it’s a win.

The batter is super tasty. Not sure if my oven sucks but they did not turn out as crispy as the pictures. I’ll try a higher temperature next time.

Loved these babies. I tweaked em a bit and used smoked paprika, white pepper, garam masala and a touch of turmeric.
Could have eaten thousands. Will dream of them this evening

The Paleo Chicken Fingers turned out great! A little salty., really tasty. Used pecans instead of almonds. The pecans were very moist. Will try almonds next time.

Awesome, I love them! They are easy to make and taste great. They are great to eat with veggies, pickles, salad, etc. they also do great for left over's or multiple meals.

I loved these so much! I have been using almond meal for chicken tenders for years but the seasoning and egg took this to another level for me. Love love! Toddler loved it too!
