This is super misleading...
The nutritional information is completely incorrect.
That much cassava flour is an additional 684 calories, 168g carbs, and at least an additional 6g protein and fat. Which is an additional 171 calories plus 39g net carbs (42g - 3g fibre) per serving from the flour alone... The calories from the oil are 120 per serving, coming from the 14g of fat.
So the real nutritional data per serving is:
291 calories, 39g net carbs, ~2 g protein, and ~16 g fat.
Not sure if it can be passed off as healthy simply because it's paleo considering it's just a heavy dose of carbs and fat...
