Superb blend of flavours and textures. I used smoked chicken. cauliflowers took 20 minutes to toast and the vegetables 15. The paprika, lemon, chilly, cumin need some further rounding off .But am at a loss to explain what was missing. Maybe a dash of Tabasco, a spot of sweetness.. loved the overall piece though. And will try it again with adjustments and update.
