  • 1 pound ground beef (grass fed, any ground meat is fine)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning (I used Primal Palate)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 dash chipotle powder (or more if preferred)
  • 4 cups veggies (shredded or chopped, I used Brussels sprouts and a broccoli slaw mix, you can use anything you like!)
  • 1 tablespoon water
