- 6 oz. portabello mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (put canned full fat Coconut Milk in the fridge overnight, use the cream on top)

Good basic recipe. I subbed fresh ingredients where possible, and added a little tomato sauce and sherry. it ain't fresh cream stroganoff, but it's a darn good sub!
