- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- 24 oz. tomato puree
- 1 1/2 cups water (tip from my mom: just fill the tomato puree jar halfway up)
- 5 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter (sub EVOO for Whole 30)
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt (more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
- jalapenos (fresh, for garnish, optional)
- purple onion (chopped, for garnish, optional)
