Great! I fried mushrooms and onions before adding the zoodles and bacon. Turned out really well

This is hands down one of the most delicious healthy dishes I've ever had!!!!! I was worried that the avocado sauce would be weird and it did come across tangy with the lemon. I added sweet Italian turkey sausage, onions and mushrooms and it's amazing!!!!
The zucchini is a wonderful substitution for pasta! Can't wait to make a zucchini lasagna.
