- 1/3 cup coconut flour (This is the kind I use)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder (buy here)
- 1 cup banana puree (~2 ripe bananas blended in your food processor or blender)
- 1/3 cup brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted, I recommend this brand)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg (gelatin, **, Using this type of grassfed gelatin)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (organic)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (this is my favourite)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- shredded coconut (Optional toppings:, or coconut palm sugar)
