- 1/2 cup butter (grass-fed, ghee or coconut oil)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups almond flour (finely ground)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot starch (tapioca or potato also works)
- 1/2 cup organic sugar (maple or coconut sugar great, add extra 2 tablespoons if using)
- 2 Tbsp. canela (I like a lot)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
