Delicious! Easy too, because I did buy the precut butternut squash from the grocery store. I stirred it after 10mins, then 8 mins, took some of the smaller pieces out, as they were done, then roasted the rest for another 5 mins. I ate with ham and cheese slices. Very good!

It turned out great and was very tasty! I did however bake it for an additional ten minutes.

I didn't have a peeler so I think the whole recipe was off just a little because I lost so much cutting it. The taste is delicious. Will make again once I have a peeler

Great side dish. Would make again. Could use a little more olive oil. Served with steak and complemented it perfectly.
