- 8 apples (medium, the apples we got were on the smaller side and we used about a dozen)
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter (as you know by now, i use KerryGold)
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg (freshly)
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 cup honey (raw local, i'm lucky and get to use my dad's honey for this)
