- 2 cups spinach leaves (tightly packed, cleaned)
- 1 Tbsp. ghee
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp. red chilli (Crushed)
- 1 green chilli
- 1 onion (Medium, I used small, not a big fan of 'cooked' onion)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato purée (Optional)
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- 3 cups water
- 1 bowl cold water (with)
