- 1 cup tomatoes (puree, I have use my home made one))
- 1 tsp. garam masala (powder)
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder (Kashmiri)
- 1 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin (powder)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric (powder)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 green cardamom
- 4 clove
- 1/3 cup spinach (very finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 3 Tbsp. ghee
- 1 Tbsp. butter
