- 1 pinch kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 2 tsp. ghee (or oil)
- 1 pinch asafoetida (or of hing)
- 1 tsp. tomato paste (or 1 pureed tomato - optional)

Solid dish, full of flavor from a cheese that dose not taste like nothing. Quick easy and convenient to make kids liked it

Delicious flavors and seasoning. I used frozen chopped spinach and didn't blend it to create the paste. I also added some carrots and a jalapeno I had lying around. It was amazing!

It was good! I made some substitutions based on what I had on hand and cut back the cayenne pepper (red Chili pepper means cayenne). We ate it with parathas and used frozen spinach.

Followed the recipe as written and worked well! The overall taste was good but lacked the richness in flavor I was hoping for. I used oil instead of ghee, which could be part of it. next time I’ll make it with vegetable bullion. Thanks for the recipe!

so good! i left out one or two of the ingredients bc of availabilty, but still delicious. exactly what i wanted, have made it many times.
