Pretty good! If I was to make it again I would recommend using a lot more noodles and also slightly less soy sauce (that may be because I added more soy sauce with sugar to substitute not having sweet soy sauce)

Excellent! Better than my favorite Thai food truck! I will definitely make it again but I will cut back 1Tbsp on the sugar next time.
