Taste wise, it was good, however I feel as though it could have used a bit more sauce. Additionally, a good amount of oil at a very high heat helps yield that restaurant- wok flavor when stir frying the veg, then again when adding the noodles.
Some bits of ham, a sprinkle of Thai chili powder and a squeeze of lemon helped provide more depth of flavor.
