A classic holiday cheesecake that has become a traditional dessert for our Thanksgiving holiday family feast. I typically put my Carmel sauce in a pretty separate dish and allow family to drizzle desired amount. The cheesecake is also just as delicious without the Carmel. Sprinkle a little of fine white powder sugar on top before serving or add a piped whip cream edge with small gingerbread men is a show stopper way display dessert.
