This turned out fantastic!! Cube steak is nice and tender and just melts in your mouth. We like it a little bit more spicy so I added 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper instead of 1/8 that it called for. I also put the cube steak and gravy over wild rice instead of white rice. Will make this again
