- 1 cup water (heated to boiling)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (not wine vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 pomegranate (large POM Wonderful, * or cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice)
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- milk (if desired, to thin out frosting)
