- 1 onion (medium, chopped into small pieces, the other part in julienne)

- 1 turkey
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 cup almond flour (more for rolling the balls)
- 2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil (more for frying)
- 3/4 jar tomato sauce (24 oz)
- 1 lemon (4. the juice of 1, or 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar)
- 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
