OMG this dough is amazing. Im The Cook'n Coach and teach cooking classes in Germany. Yesterday I had a Breakfast Class. I made several tries at creating my own dough and they all ended up in the trash can. I had created a pork filling and a spinach filling which are so yummy and then headed to the class. As a surprise, right before the teams were ready to start their station I announced that the empanada team was going to make a recipe I had NEVER used. They were shocked and scared...but this was the hit out of the 6 different breakfast we cooked yesterday. I made Dairy Free yogurt with hot sauce, herbs and cilantro to top them off! YUMMY Thanks Yummly for saving my day.
