- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tomatoes (about a size of ping pong balls blend or finely chopped)
- 1 onion (small size, chopped)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. saffron
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 olive oil (or use Peanut Oil, Canola oil will work too)
- 8 shrimps
- 8 mussels
