    Burnt 3 minutes into broiling. Recipe doesn’t say what temperature to broil at, or at least I didn’t see it. Sauce turned into dry paste with specified amounts, so I added cream to achieve consistency in video. It tasted pretty good past the burnt bits, but can be much improved.
