The stew is delicious! I had to cook the oxtails for 4 hours total to get them tender. My house smelled so good. I also used Jamaican allspice and added wine (Cabernet Sauvignon) for more depth in flavor. I will be making again

First time making this delicious dish! Hubby & I both enjoyed very much. I didn’t have beef broth so subbed chicken, added canned peppers vs fresh jalapeño (not too crazy about 🌶). After cooking for 2 hours, next time I will add more veggies. Oh I didn’t add the cornstarch since I’m on grain free diet. Very tasty 😋
