- 1 cup almond milk (I used Pure Harvest unsweetened activated almond milk)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter (roasted)
- 1 banana (optional if you don’t like banana but extra yummy if you do!)
- 1/2 berries (– 1 punnet of, and a little extra cinnamon to decorate)
- maple syrup (Drizzle of, or raw honey)
