- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (plus more to thin if desired)
- 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 fine sea salt (fair pinch, or table salt)
- 3 tsp. honey (or maple syrup, to taste)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch nutmeg (each, and cloves)
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries (for topping)
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted pumpkin seeds (for topping)
- 3 tsp. cocoa powder (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter (optional)
- 1/2 banana (well ripened, mashed)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips (for topping, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted coconut (shredded, for topping, optional)
- 1/2 cup Fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries or raspberries, chop strawberries)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 banana (small ripe, mashed)
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter (creamy)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 3 drops almond extract (pour it in the lid first so you don't add too much)
- 1/2 cup apples (chopped crisp, sweet)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pecans (for topping)
