One of the best overnight oats I have ever had. I didn’t have it the next day but rather the day after so maybe that helped infuse all the flavors? I also didn’t use Greek Yogurt because I didn’t have any so I used a Blackberry drinkable yogurt that my niece makes for her Dairy store. That’s most likely where the deliciousness came from! Pai had a taste and loved it so I will make it for him instead of hot oatmeal once the weather gets warmer! 💕

The oats were thick and creamy. I put strawberries on top instead of mixing them in with the other ingredients. Will be making it again. I am going to try pumpkin purée on top next time instead of strawberries. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Always thought it was like eating raw oats so never tried this before. But they came out thick and creamy.
I used Bobs Red Mill thick cut oats, almond milk, plain Greek yogurts and sweetened it with maple syrup. Added dried peaches and cashews.
Great idea when you’re in a hurry or don’t want to bother cooking your oats

I really enjoyed this, Thank You for your recipe.
I used coconut milk for no other reason other than that I had a little bit left over from another recipe. I also used my own homemade yoghurt (plain, no added sugar and strained to quite a thick consistency) and reduced the honey to around ¾ teaspoon. Next time I will try it with no honey at all, especially if I use coconut milk again. I added some dried currants to the mix and a pinch or so of nutmeg. A quick stir next morning and ate it straight from the jar. I thought it was absolutely delicious 👌
Giving 5 stars because despite some minor changes, I wouldn't have made it at all without your recipe.

Delicious and really flexible, we made with coconut yoghurt, almond milk and pineapple, last time with almond milk and raspberries-equally yummy.

Instead of honey I used 2 tbsp of blueberry preserves and I also replaced the chia seeds with flax seed. Tasty, filling, and definitely something I'll add to my morning routine.
