- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 4 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- bananas
- fresh lemon juice
- browning
- 1/2 cup fruit (or berries per serving is what I like to aim for.)
