- 6 oz. buttermilk (or use plain milk and add a splash of white vinegar)
- 20 oz. AP flour
- 2 1/4 tsp. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup brown sugar (I don’t list the weight here because it doesn’t really matter for the filling)
- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- milk & cream (Enough, or half and half to make your desired consistency)
