- 200 grams mushrooms (sliced)

- 8 eggs
- 750 mL milk (I used whole milk)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. spanish paprika (or smoked paprika)
- 100 grams white cheddar
- 100 grams cheese (Red Leicester)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 3 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
- 400 grams brioche (loaf cubed)
