Wonderful Christmas morning breakfast. Everyone asked for seconds, and that was before presents!

Perfect addition to our Christmas mornings! I over cooked slightly and got a little too dry the first time. Second time was perfect!

Very yummy and surprisingly flavorful! Followed recipe exactly and everyone loved it. It makes a lot which was perfect since I was feeding guests. I served it with fresh mixed berries, bacon and sausage.
