I did these in the air fryer which made them more crispy than the oven would have. I think I would prefer them with chicken breast cut up so they would be more lean. The cumin wasn’t my favorite in it, I think maybe something like smoked paprika would be better or something else.

Flavor pretty good, but zero crispness. It’s hard to believe the picture reflects this recipe.
