- 1 handful sage leaves
- white truffle oil (for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly finely)
- sea salt (a big pinch of flaked, or truffle salt [I used this wild mushroom salt I bought on vacation in Michigan])
- fresh basil (chopped for topping)
