Sorry to.complain first, but CAUTION: way too much SALT!. I like salty but this way crazy salty so had to rub it..off.and re-add a.little oil.after toasting. 1 star off for that, but overall still quite .good, baby gold potatoes are great and easy to work.with, added fresh chopped.basil with thyme instead of rosemary before roasting and then slightly more for garnish..no nay sayers for This dish

Delicious! I made this with a mixture of potatoes that I grew only one of which was Yukon. To be sure it’d cook I just parboiled the potatoes for 5 minutes and then drained/cooled and followed this recipe. Have fun with the herbs- the recipe goes well with a lot of them I included savory and sage from my garden

Very good. The potatoes were done perfectly. I might try it again with additional herbs.
