My first time roasting just the breast only and not the entire bird. My guests were impressed. I used several different spices. Celery and carrots under the bird and 2 cups chicken stock. Finally I cooked it in a cooking bag in a cooking at 250 degrees and used a thermometer with the base on top of stove. yum yum
