- 8 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup sodium free chicken broth (adjust salt if not sodium free)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. rosemary (fresh leaves minced, + rosemary sprigs for flavor)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

The chicken came out nice, but the gravy was awful. All grease & minimal flavor. I tried to save it but nothing worked.

Super tasty! My husband doesn’t like mushrooms so I added onions and asparagus instead and he loved it!

It was delish! I added zucchini, and cauliflower to the mushroom and onion mix and it made it so yummy! I grow my own herbs so I mixed with the rosemary lemon verbena. A nice lemony hint. I served it over rice. My husband really enjoyed it!
