Very good, I actually used homemade salsa for my base, but stayed with the Italian theme. After all its tomatoes,peppers, and onions. Will definitely make again. Can use any cheese or maybe sprinkle with olive oil and panko bread crumbs. Could also go Greek with oregano maybe sage and feta. Yum yum! I really packed this into a deep dish pie plate, so had to cook for close to 1 hour. I did have a lot of juice so maybe some tomato paste with salsa?

Cooked in the time stated & the flavor is basically up to the marinara sauce. Im personally glad i made my own sauce since store bought kind is usually bland. First time trying ratatouille so I wasnt sure what to expect. Its alright, Nothing too special but not too boring!

We liked the flavor. I think I would season the veggies a little more and I did have to nuke the whole thing for 3 minutes to get it done to our liking. I'm not sure what standing the veggies adds to the dish and probably would layer them next time with some seasoning on each layer.

Turned out amazing, great introductory vegetarian dish. Make sure to season well and add a good marinara sauce bc it needs the flavor! The veggies could have cooked a bit more too but depends on your oven. Delicious :)
