Pretty good but some of the potatoes weren’t done even after I left it in an additional 10 minutes. I will make it again but slice my potatoes.

This was a tasty meal. We substituted chicken thighs coated with barbecue sauce for the Kielbasa. The onions carmelized beautifully. Thanks.

Different than I usually make kielbasa. I like the added sauce at the end. Also made green beans on the side.

This was a quick and very easy dish. It was good with the wife and kids. i will make it again. The roasted potatoes came out perfect, I added more onions which added flavour.

I made this a couple weeks ago and we loved it. I used spicy brown mustard since that’s what I had. I also added bell peppers and mushrooms. I am making it again tonight but this time I added large shrimp to the recipe along with the other ingredients I used last time.
Thanks for a great recipe on a cold night!

Really easy and simple dish. I added some summer squash to add more vegetables. Also, it was a bit sweet for my husband so also added paprika and red paper flakes.. Made it so much better
