Great taste, so easy to make

This was a quick and very easy dish. It was good with the wife and kids. i will make it again. The roasted potatoes came out perfect, I added more onions which added flavour.

I made this a couple weeks ago and we loved it. I used spicy brown mustard since that’s what I had. I also added bell peppers and mushrooms. I am making it again tonight but this time I added large shrimp to the recipe along with the other ingredients I used last time. Thanks for a great recipe on a cold night!

Really easy and simple dish. I added some summer squash to add more vegetables. Also, it was a bit sweet for my husband so also added paprika and red paper flakes.. Made it so much better
