It turned out very tasty. I roasted the pork on a bed of celery, onion, carrots and potatoes in my covered roasting pan. I added a cup of chicken broth, too. Then made gravy with the drippings. Nicely seasoned and tender.

Great. Was very tasty. Did not change anything but didn't get drippings for gravy.
