Easy and delicious! Followed the recipe and plan to make it again for company. Looks good on the plate, too.

Excellent used 1/2 the amount of cauliflower so cut spices in half very tasty. Ok I added a little extra Parmesan cheese😄 cooked for less time than they said really tasty

I made this for my dinner side today. It was very good. I didn't make the full two pounds. I had a small head of cauliflower (about 3/4 lb). I only baked at 450 for 30 minutes. Did not up to 500 for an additional 10 minutes because the florets were already brown and additional time would have burned them.. Cauliflower was creamy inside and coating had a nice crunch. It did not all stay on florets. There was some heat from the red pepper flakes. If you don't want that, you can eliminate the pepper flakes.
