Terrible! The proportions of salt and oil were way off. Tasted like straight up salt!!!

I used too much oil! I definitely should have turned the zucchini half way through. I’ll give it another try!

Def would make it again. A tad bit to much oil for me personally. Very delicious

I agree with some other comments that it came out too greasy. my daughter and husband liked them though.

Too much oil. I think this is the main reason why it is not crispy. But it tasted good

Absolutely terrible, way too much salt, and I only did half! Will try again but with next to no salt.

So good! I am on a low carb diet and this is a staple in my arsenal of recipes.

SO good! I mixed zucchini and yellow squash and even my husband who usually doesn't like squash gobbled it up and requested more. Will be on our regular rotation.

So good! Just tossed on the baking sheet and used half the amount of olive oil mentioned, but turned out yummy!

We liked the flavor. I only used 1/2 tsp salt. There was nothing crispy about these though. I will make again because they were good.

I only used 1 tsp kosher salt and it was so salty we couldn't eat this....and I like salt....next time I will only use 1/2 tsp of salt. Other than being too salty I think we would really like this...the cheese made a nice "crust". I will definitely try it again with less salt

These turned out so well. I altered the recipe a bit and didn't use as much salt and subbed garlic salt instead. I will definitely be making these again!

We've made these twice now and I know we'll likely be making them again before too long. They're absolutely delicious and easy to make. A hit with the kids and the adults. We've taken to calling them "Zucchini Fries." :)

Good concept but so salty we couldn't eat it. Next time will only sprinkle salt on and same with pepper. The zucchini I used were about 7 inches long and maybe an inch and a quarter in diameter but this was way too much seasoning! Recipe did not specify how thick to slice will try to keep thickness to a half inch next time instead of less like I did this time.

I love this - so easy and have done this no-brainer dozens of times. Now and then I add some zip to it - toss them with jalapenos or roasted bell peppers. Can eat hot or chilled. YUM!

Oh this is so good! Made it the other and I had to make more my entire picky family loved it! Definitely making this again soon!
