    loved these! needed extra olive oil so i added it. also subbed garlic powder for garlic salt with parsley and didnt add any other salt.

    Recipe was delicious but I used frozen Brussels sprouts. Next time I’ll buy fresh ones. Also topped with romesco sauce and cojita cheese.

    These came out perfectly! I did about 1/5 of a cup of parmesan and am glad I did-1/4 is a lot. The texture of the sprouts was just what I like and I loved the extra crispy leaves.
