Super easy and came out really good! For small-to medium pieces of corn I suggest baking for 35 min and broil to your liking. But for larger pieces, I would bake for 40 min.

Turned out perfectly. You can play with the seasoning on this, & I love that. I used Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel seasoning, & the corn was the best I've ever had!

Next time I will roast the corn in husk. It dried out quite a bit. Flavor was good though.
