    So delicious!! I was very surprised. I did add some parmesan cheese before I popped it in the oven (yes, I'm Italian) I paired the dish with an awesome cheese pinwheel recipe, also on yummly, and tomato and mozzarella salad for a complete vegetarian meal. It was awesome.

    Tastes great and is pretty easy. It’s hard to gauge the proper cooking time for cabbage steaks, but the recipe makes exactly what you’d expect

    Turned out well with red cabbage. I don’t like cabbage much, but I loved this way of roasting. I used garlic powder and Trader Joe’s Umami seasoning blend.

    Easy & delicious! I rubbed oil on both sides and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder, adding fresh minced garlic to one side. Tasty!
