Better than I expected.
Roasted at a little higher temp., 425, to get a more seared appearance. Also, spread a little butter on each side of the cabbage & added a little smoked paprika to the seasoning. Would make again. Easy & no fuss!

More spices required, but generally I loved this recipe. Cabbage turned out neither soft, nor raw-like crispy. This is a very easy and tasty way to have a low carb snack.

A new regular side dish. Leftovers good cold with avocado for lunch too. I roasted and flipped instead of baked

Delicious recipe for cabbage! I dressed it with minced garlic & balsamic vinegar. Will definitely make it again.

It was great! I cooked it 30 min and then an additional 20 minutes (until crispy on the outside).

So delicious!! I was very surprised. I did add some parmesan cheese before I popped it in the oven (yes, I'm Italian) I paired the dish with an awesome cheese pinwheel recipe, also on yummly, and tomato and mozzarella salad for a complete vegetarian meal. It was awesome.

Tastes great and is pretty easy. It’s hard to gauge the proper cooking time for cabbage steaks, but the recipe makes exactly what you’d expect

Turned out well with red cabbage. I don’t like cabbage much, but I loved this way of roasting. I used garlic powder and Trader Joe’s Umami seasoning blend.

I'm amazed, this was so good! i used Indian tandoori sea salt instead, but it was incredibly good
