These wings turned out great! Very crispy skin and the seasonings were just right I’ll definitely make these again

Amazing!!
I added shredded Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
I also put a cookie cooling rack on the cooking pan so the juices dropped down, like a broiler pan.

They were very easy to throw together and a snap to cook. I needed something quick and easy cause the wife is out of town this weekend and this fit right in. It was definitely just right for the part time Chef .

Well this is my first review, made as written just added a teaspoon o cyanean pepper for a double recipe doing 5 lbs tonight added a couple of minutes for altitude came out perfect.

Really good i used a rack and sprinkled the spices in the wings. i used twice as much spices. i also had to cook longer even though i patted the wings down pretty well. Three smoked paprika was definitely a great call. i hasn't used it for some months, but made for great flavor.
